Horizon University collects both personally identifiable information (PII) and non-personally identifiable information (non-PII) from it’s visitors to this site.
PII such as name, email, address, etc. is collected when a user voluntarily fills out any online forms including request for information, registration or application. PII is collected for processing payments and donations through approved third-party service providers solely for the purpose of performing services on behalf of Horizon University.
The university does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children (defined herein as minors younger than thirteen years of age).
